I made this bear for my nephew who was born prematurely. It was loads of fun and although it was my second bear, was still easy enough for a complete novice. Bertie has kept my nephew safe and is a very special bear, i highly recommend him for any special people in your life.

It is so lovely to hear when bears are made and given with such love. Prem babies hold a special place in my heart so I am glad to hear Bertie has found a such a special little person to watch over as he grows! I am such they will both hold many secrets and go on lots of adventures together when he is older.

This was the first jointed teddy bear that I have made and I found the kit to be excellent. The materials were of a very high quality and the instructions were easy to follow - even for a novice. The finished bear is lovely and I'm very pleased with the way that he has turned out. I would definitely recommend it.
