Delivery Information

We aim where possible to ship your goods within 24 hrs of receiving your order, during the working week.

UK deliveries are based on total cost of parcel and parcels travelling outside of the UK will be based on weight.

UK Delivery Costs:

These charges are for all mainland address. A surcharge of £10 will be added to parcels over 2kg in weight that are sent to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man . Parcels are under 2kg are sent with Royal Mail. Parcels over 2kg are sent with Parcelforce.

NEW UK COURIER delivery available. This is a flat fee of £7.95  (a further charge will be added to Northern Ireland  and some Scottish and island postal codes due to the surcharge we are charged). We will try to dispatch these orders on the same day using the 24hr service but we cannot guarantee same day dispatch due to the collection time of 1pm. Parcels are insured to a value of £150.

Outside UK Delivery

All orders sent outside the UK are sent strictly by weight. For details of the countries we currently ship to please see the tables below. If you cannot see your country please contact us and we will calculate your shipping cost. Orders sent by airmail have proof of posting obtained. Signed for packets are covered for goods up to £30 no further compensation can be claimed. In the unfortunate event that your parcel does go missing we would recommend that you chose appropriate insurance in case we need to claim for missing or damaged goods.

All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within fourteen days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. We do not hold goods on back order, if we are out of stock you will need to re-order the item with your next order.

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within four working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Bear Basics and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract);

• Please contact us within 4 working days from the day after the delivery day
• Contact us via email or telephone.
• Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.
• All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
• We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail recorded delivery for goods under £36.00 or Special Delivery for goods over £36.00.
• If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.

• This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
