The first of our new series of Best of British patterns, Sweet Sammy Wabbit has been designed exclusively for Bear Basics by Lin Grant of Pywacket Teddies.  Standing approximately 40cms (16")  to the top of his head with a bit on top for his ears. Last seen bouncing about the garden he decided to settle by the lavender for a bite to eat!!! Sammy uses more advanced techniques and is therefore previous bear-making experience is advised. Shown here in our Old Gold natural laid mohair.

Sammy requires the following:

Fat 0.25m Mohair (shown in our natural laid Old Gold)

Matching ultrasuede for his paws and ears

2x 25mm Joints for his arms

2x 57mm Joints for his legs

1x 35mm Joint for his head

13mm Glass eyes

Polyfill, plastic pellets and optional steel shot
