Nut & Bolt Joints

An alternative to cotter pins if you struggle to get the joints tight enough so they don't swing. You will need the correct size tools to this tighten the nyloc nuts of these joints. Unlike cotter pin joints you will need to attach the arms and legs before stuffing as you need to be able to access the top of the bolt to hold it still (using a spanner) whilst tightening up the nut with the nut spinner. For the head joint we like to use hot glue to hold it all together or as this joint doesn't need to be as tight a cotter pin can be used instead.
