No 5 Black Cotton Perle Skein

The traditional nose thread in our most popular colour and thickness. If you are just making the one bear then this skein is an ideal choice but if you have been bitten by the bear making bug we recommend you but a ball of thread as it is easier to use than a skein and you will be able to sew more noses! DMC Shade number 310 Available in a variety of colours cotton perle is the traditional thread for your bears noses. A twisted pearlised cotton thread which is available in various thicknesses. No 5 is a popular choice for most sizes of bear. No 8 is a thinner thread and more suited to slightly smaller noses, whilst No 12 is definitely reserved for those miniature bears! No 5 and No 8 come in assorted colours whilst No 12 is in black only. A skein of Perle is approx 15m in length. A ball of Perleﾠ No 5 is approx 45m inﾠ length. A ball of Perle No 8 is approx 80m in length. A ball of Perle No 12 is approx 120m in length.
