Grin & Bear It Pattern

This cheeky duo were designed by Vanessa Cuttress of Gingerbread Bears for the more experienced bear maker, exclusively for Oakley Fabrics. Bear It is a sturdy 17" (43cms) high with steel filled feet whilst Grin, who loves a piggy-back is 13" (33cms) and lightweight ( "Phew" said Bear It!).

To make them both you will need:

0.5m Mohair (will make both bears but you could use a different colour for Grinﾠ the smaller bear)
Ultrasuede, cashmere or wool felt for paws
2 x 64mm Joints for Bear It's legs
3 x 50mm Joints for Bear It's head and arms
5 x 38mm Joints for Grin
8mm and 9mm Glass eyes
Polyfill
Steel Shot
