Standard Polyfill

Our traditional filling for all types of bears and toys. 

Update June 2025....
After 40 years the Oakley 503 polyfill is no longer available as the fibre used has been discontinued. After much searching our replacement filling will be available form mid-July 2025. The new filling is made from another polyester fibre which creates a firm fill but with a bit of bounce back if needed depending upon how firmly you stuff. To the touch it feels between the original 503 and bouncifill.  Made especially for us it is still a perfect upcycled product, made using post production waste material from the UK manufacturing industry the virgin fibres are unused but repurposed to create our specialist fillings.

Suitable for use in childrens toys.

Please note that as bags of filling can be quite bulky, 5kg is the maximum volume of either polyfill or bouncifill that we can fit in one postal charge box.  But we can fit lots of other things in as well and the maximum weight within the UK is 18kg (including the box!) so you could also include fabric, joints and some plastic pellets or steel shot for example.
